MADRID, May 3: Indonesia’s government is set to cut fuel subsidies and could do so as early as in one month, Miranda Goeltom, senior deputy governor of the country’s central bank said on Saturday.

The size of the subsidy cut has not been finalised, but the government would also act to ease the pressure of rising food costs on the poor through additional aid, she said.—Reuters
