QUETTA, May 1: A policeman was gunned down here on Thursday evening.

According to police, head constable Jumma Khan was on the Adalat road when a gunman on a motorbike fired on him. He was taken to hospital where he died.

The Baloch Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack.—Staff Correspondent
