KARACHI, April 26: The committee investing the cause of the blaze that gutted records and portions of the Sindh Board of Revenue building has submitted its report to the inspector general of police. Sources said that the committee had suggested the fire was not accidental, and recommended registration of a formal FIR for the arson.—APP
