SHIKARPUR, March 26: Armed men shot dead a forest official on Shikarpur-Garhi Yasin road here on Wednesday.

Mohammad Rafique Shaikh, Deputy District Forest Officer, Shikarpur, was travelling in a wagon from Shikarpur to Larkana. Five men intercepted the wagon near Kaballo Laaro, forcibly took Mr Shaikh out of the wagon and pumped bullets in his body.—Correspondent
