MIRAMSHAH: ‘US spy’ shot dead

MIRAMSHAH, March 25: An Afghan national was shot dead here on Monday night for alleged spying, officials said.

They said that bullet-riddled body of Abdullah Jan was found near Ahmad Khel village along with a chit saying that he was spying for America.

Local people said that unidentified persons abducted the Afghan national from Miramshah three days ago.

Reports said that masked men dragged the alleged spy from a vehicle and shot him to death. The body was dispatched to his native town in Paktia province, Afghanistan.
