FAISALABAD, Feb 26: The Faisalabad Electricity Supply Company (Fesco) has upgraded Lalian grid station at a cost of Rs70 million.

Fesco spokesman Tahir Ahmed Sheikh said after completion of work, the grid station was functioning well.

He said the upgradation would reduce load of Barana and Chiniot industrial grid stations and facilitate consumers as well.

He said four grid stations of Buland Hill, Kamalpur, Khanuana and 132-KV Sattiana Road were also being upgraded. He said expansion work of these stations would be completed by the end of this financial year.
