PESHAWAR, April 12: The city police have arrested 121 proclaimed offenders (POs) and seized 1,873kg drugs and a huge quantity of weapons in the first quarter of the year.

As many as 121 POs were arrested and five others killed in police operations and encounters in the first three months of the year, sources in the police department said here on Wednesday.
