KARACHI, April 11: Two special teams formed to monitor the ongoing SSC annual examinations 2002 of the Board of Secondary Education Karachi paid surprise visits to various examination centres in the city on Thursday.

They expressed satisfaction over the arrangements made by the BSEK for the conduct of these examinations.

The specials teams have been constituted by Brig A.S. Nasir, chairman of the governor’s team for inspection and inquiries.

On Thursday special team I visited the centres at the NJV School. Team II visited the centres at the YMCA School and those in the Gizri area.

According to the findings of these two special teams, the examinations were being conducted in a very smooth and congenial atmosphere. It was further stated that the examinations were conducted in a smooth manner even in those centres where the police were not deployed for guard duty.—APP
