KHAIRPUR, April 7: A truck driver and his brother were killed in an accident on the National Highway near Ranipur on Saturday night.

The accident took place when a trailer collided with a truck.

The deceased were identified as Lal Din, the truck driver, and his brother. Shah Mohammad.

The trailer driver could not be arrested as he had escaped from the scene.

SNATCHED: Four unidentified armed robbers snatched a motorcycle from Abdul Sattar Mahesar near Faiz Wah after injuring him on Saturday evening.

SUICIDE: A watchman of district information office, Khairpur, Irshad Ahmed Bhatti, committed suicide by electrocuting himself during duty hours here on Saturday night.
