KARACHI, Jan 18: The water shortage persisting in parts of Lyari Town for some days was a result of certain technical problems, including leakages and air-locking of pipelines.

This was stated by a spokesman for KWSB who said that most technical faults had now been removed. The remaining faults would be rectified in the next 24 hours, he added.—APP
