BHAKKAR, Jan 13: More than 18 hours of daily power loadshedding has crippled the life of people in Bhakkar. Shopkeepers are exploiting the situation and selling candles six times more than its actual price.

Muhammad Aslam, a customer, said the candle available at Rs5 only before loadshedding was now being sold at Rs25 per piece. — APP
