KARACHI, Jan 13: A fire broke out in a big warehouse having wood stocks in the densely populated area of Ramsawmi on Sunday night. The fire quickly engulfed the entire warehouse. No casualties were, however, reported.

Fire-tenders were called out from across the city to extinguish the fire. Some adjacent houses were also affected by the fire.

Another fire broke out in a shopping centre in Buffer Zone, New Karachi. Several shops and their merchandise were gutted in the blaze which started at about 9am.
