TANK, Jan 4: Two rockets were fired on a base of security forces in Tank adjacent to South Waziristan on Thursday night.

According to residents, the rockets landed near a fort housing troops and did not cause any casualty.

Army and paramilitary forces carried out a search operation and arrested five suspects. Police and the district administration, however, denied having made any arrests.—Correspondent
