RAWALPINDI, Dec 30: Assistant returning officer Atta Rabbani has said show-cause notices have been issued to all those polling staff who failed to report on their duties.

He said at least fifty per cent of the staff members had joined their duties while the rest were absent. He said departmental action was being taken against the absenting officials.—Online
