LAHORE, Dec 10: The LPG Distributors Association has expressed concern over artificial shortage of liquefied petroleum gas created in the market to pre-empt decrease in prices in the wake of the implementation of the decision of Prime Minister Muhammadmian Soomro to de-link prices with the international market.
