KARACHI, Dec 4: The Pakistan Festival (PF) and Pak-American National Alliance (PANA) will present “Nishan-i-Sipas” to eminent writers Jamiluddin Aali and Majeed Nizami in recognition of their literary, educational, journalistic and national services at a ceremony to be held at the Federal Urdu University on Thursday.—PPI
