GUJRANWALA, Oct 19: The city district police claimed to have busted 48 members of about a dozen inter-district dacoits’ gangs during a drive launched against them in a fortnight.

DIG (Operations) Khadim Hussain said this while giving a briefing here on Friday. He said those who were arrested belonged to Arif, Abid, Asgher, Shamim, Liaquat, Mujahid, Izhar, Jamshed, Imran, Amjad, Irfan, Shahzad and other gangs.—Correspondent
