KARACHI, Oct 18: Pakistan’s total liquid foreign exchange reserves surged by $151 million to a record high at $16.335 billion mark this week.

According to the weekly report of State Bank of Pakistan the foreign exchange reserves held by the central bank were at $14.104 billion on October 13, 2007, while those held by the banks stood at $2.231 billion.-—APP
