OKARA, Oct 17: Four highwaymen looted a union council nazim near his village in Judge Kalan (Deepalpur) on Wednesday.

Reports said that Rab Nawaz was going to his village from Hujra Shah Muqeem by his car when robbers stopped him. At pistol point, the bandits snatched from him cash, cell phone and a wristwatch and fled.

Hujra Shah Muqeem police claimed to have arrested four accused, Amanat, Salamat, Aslam and Ali Farid, and also recovered the looted money and valuables from them.
