LARKANA, Oct 10: The central executive committee (CEC) of the Sindh National Front (SNF) on Wednesday rejected the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) 2007 and said the party would launch a movement against the law after Eid.

The meeting chaired by party chief Mumtaz Ali Bhutto invited people to participate in the struggle against the law and said that the country would not have democracy until confederal system had been enforced, which Quaid-i-Azam had promised in the Pakistan Resolution.

The meeting said that the ordinance had defamed Pakistan in the eyes of the world and allowed the plunderers and looters of national exchequer to easily gobble up the plundered money.

The meeting said that the Pakistan People’s Party could no more befool people by its costly advertisement campaign and asked where the party leaders had been for ten years when people had to face the worst conditions. The meeting said that instead of fleeing the country they should have faced the charges but the ‘deal’ had proved that the cases against them were not untrue.
