LAHORE, Sept 29: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight, 771, bound for Copenhagen via Oslo, was delayed on Saturday after a hoax call that a bomb was planted in the plane.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority and PIA sources here, on receiving the call passengers were immediately off-loaded and a thorough search was conducted by the Bomb Disposal Squad. —APP
