LAHORE, Sept 28: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) disciplinary committee probing unruly acts of Shoaib Akhtar held its preliminary meeting at the Gaddafi Stadium on Friday but failed to finalise a charge-sheet against the fast bowler.

The committee wanted to formalise all the charges before summoning Shoaib for a hearing.

A PCB spokesman said the committee headed by chief operating officer Shafqat Naghmi will again meet on Saturday for the purpose.
