NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, March 18: The workers of the PPP and PPP youth wing observed token hunger strike against the Thal Canal at Allah Wala Chowk, National Highway, Naushahro Feroze, on Sunday.

The activists were led by the taluka vice president, Syed Ghous Ali Shah.

They raised slogans against the controversial project.

INJURED: A man, Dr M. Sarwar Arain, was injured when an NLC vehicle hit his motorcycle on the Moro bypass.
