LAHORE, Sept 21: An anti-terrorism court on Friday bailed out a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and 15 workers. They were arrested on Sept 6 for allegedly creating a law and order situation.
Green Town police had arrested PML-N Lahore President Mian Marghoob Ahmad and workers under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, Anti-Terrorism Act and Maintenance of Public Order.
The court also ordered omission of charges levelled against PML-N activists under the Anti-Terrorism Act. The workers remained on physical remand for two days and then they were sent to jail on a judicial remand.
