MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 13: Azad Kashmir President Raja Zulqarnain Khan has appointed All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader Abdul Ghani Butt as honorary visiting professor of the AJK University. A spokesman said the president had made the appointment in view of his educational and social services.—Staff Correspondent
