CHARSADDA, Aug 17: Some unidentified men opened fire killing a man and injuring another near Kuladher on Friday, police sources said. Mohammad Ayaz was killed on the spot while Zubair was injured. The police have registered an FIR on the report of Zubair who said that the victim had no enmity with anyone in the area.

SUICIDE: A mentally-retarded man allegedly committed suicide here on Friday, police sources said.

Pervez, son of Gohar, committed suicide in the jurisdiction of the Prang police station.

A brother of the victim told police that Pervez was mentally retarded and committed suicide by shooting himself.
