KARACHI, Aug 4: Koocha-i-Saqafat, the city’s weekly cultural extravaganza, will be held on Sunday at its traditional location, M.R. Kiyani Road, after a six week absence mainly due to unfavourable weather conditions and law and order situation, organisers said.—Reporter
