LAHORE, Aug 3: As many as 23 factories at the Sundar Industrial Estate (SIE) have started production with an investment of Rs12 billion, while the number of under-construction industrial units has reached 77.

At a ceremony to give first ownership rights to the owner of a furniture unit at SIE, Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) Chief Executive Officer Sabir Chohan said that more than 100 plot owners at SIE had completed boundary walls to start construction work on their industrial units. — Reporter
