ISLAMABAD, Aug 2: A plumber was electrocuted at an under- construction block of the Quaid-i-Azam University here on Thursday, police said. Mohammad Khan, 23, a native of Nowshera, suffered electric shock when the bit of his drill hit concealed electric wire.
