PESHAWAR, July 30: NWFP Minister for Zakat and Ushr Hafiz Hashmat Khan said on Monday that five new inns for attendants of poor patients would be established in the province and Rs17.5 million had been earmarked for the purpose.

He said this at a meeting held to review the performance of the zakat, ushr and social welfare department here. Zakat and Ushr Secretary Rahmatullah Khan Bettani and Director of Social Welfare Dr Fakhrul Islam attended the meeting.—PPI
