PESHAWAR, July 30: A three-day workshop to train women in rural poultry, livestock management and marketing services began here on Monday. The workshop has been organised by the Livestock and Dairy Development Department in collaboration with the Strengthening of Livestock Services Project, a non-governmental organisation (NGO).

At least 20 representatives of various NGOs, veterinary assistants of the livestock department and women farmers will be trained as master trainers during the workshop.—PPI
