PESHAWAR, July 27: The NWFP government has given Rs6.250 million as compensation to victims of the recent floods and rains in the province.

A press release issued by NWFP Relief Commissioner said the amount would be given to heirs of the deceased and injured persons of Mansehra, Karak, Buner, Haripur, D.I.Khan, Mardan, Malakand, Kohistan and Upper Dir through the district coordination officers.—PPI
