LAHORE, July 26: Punjab Special Education Minister Dr Tahir Ali Javed has been given Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), London. Javed, who is a former provincial health minister, was awarded FRCP by Royal College of Physicians President Dr Ian Gilmore at a ceremony early this month. Javed has graduated from the King Edward Medical College, Lahore. Previously, he has been awarded fellowships by the US in oncology, hematology and bone marrow transplant. He is also a fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
