TIMERGARA, July 17: Two policemen were injured when a police van was attacked with a remote-controlled device near Gulabad bridge in Chakdarra on Tuesday.

Officials and witnesses said Ouch police station SHO Naeem Khan and two constables were on patrol when the device exploded. Mr Khan and Constable Iqbal Hussain were injured. They were taken to the Batkhela hospital.
