PESHAWAR, June 25: At least 18 people were injured in traffic accidents on Monday. Eleven people sustained injuries when a pickup overturned on the Phandoo Road in the Badhbare police area.

In the other accident, seven people were injured when a van overturned on the Kohat Road near the Mattani area.

Sources said the van driver was trying to overtake another vehicle when the accident took place. The injured were admitted to a hospital where doctors stated the condition of three of them was serious.
