LAHORE, June 8: A man was murdered in the Shalamar area over some petty issue here on Friday.

Shafiq, 28, was taking meal in a hotel when some men quarrelled with him over some issue. They attacked him with an iron rod and inflicted serious injuries on his head. He was rushed to hospital where he died. —Staff Reporter
