MUZAFFARABAD, June 3: Four people were killed and 15 others, mostly women and children, were injured in two road accidents in Azad Kashmir, police said on Sunday.
Four people were killed and three others were injured when a jeep (BC-3151) veered off the narrow hilly road and plunged into a ravine at about 10pm near Konkan village, some 15 kilometres northwest of here, on Saturday night.
The deceased were identified as Malik Imam (driver), son of Sher Zaman, Afaq, son of Javed Ahmed, Ahmed, son of Mir Afzal and Sanam, daughter of Khalid Mahmood. The injured are: Imtiaz Ahmed and two girls Ridda and Anam.
In another incident near Palangi in the southern Bagh district on Sunday, a passenger wagon fell down the road.
