ISLAMABAD, March 2: The ministry of women development will hold a national convention of women at the Convention Centre here on the International Women’s Day on March 7.

An official announcement said President Gen Pervez Musharraf would be the chief guest on the occasion. The convention will be attended by representatives of women groups and women councillors from all over the country as well as representatives of international organizations and NGOs.— Our Reporter
