KOHAT, May 2: The Lachi town police seized 260 dynamites from a man near the Indus Highway on Wednesday.

Police during a routine patrolling saw a suspicious man who was carrying a crate and a handbag with him. During the search police found 260 dynamites in the crate and the bag and arrested the accused identified as Tajmeen Shah.

A case under the Explosives Act registered against him and he was being interrogated by a team of the Kohat Bureau of Investigation.
