KASUR, April 21: Police are allegedly delaying the registration a case on the complaint of a union council naib nazim against extortionists who allegedly burnt his standing crops and opened fire at his residence in Dosaharee.

UC Naib nazim Muhammad Munsha said accused Ghulam Nabi and Ghulam Hussain demanded extortion money from him which he refused. Last week, the accused burnt the standing wheat crop of the victim.

On Friday night, the accused opened fire at the outhouse of the nazim. — Correspondent
