LAHORE, April 17: At least six people fell unconscious and two buffalos died after ammonia gas leak in a godown in Sattokatla on Tuesday night.

Police said gas leaked from an old cylinder kept in the godown of junk-dealer Latif in H block market of Johar Town, which affected the traders and customers of the adjacent shops.

Rescue 1122 ambulances rushed the affected people, including Liaquat, Mujahid, Arshad and others to the Jinnah Hospital.

Shot Dead: A youth was shot dead in the Mozang area on Tuesday.
