KHAIRPUR, April 14: Armed men shot dead one Ghulam Nabi Phulpoto 24, near Mohalla Garhi Pul in the jurisdiction of B-Section police station here on Saturday evening.

Reports said that the deceased was sitting in his guest house (otaq) when two armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on him. He got bullet injuries and was rushed to the Civil Hospital Khairpur where he died before getting any medical assistance.

The deceased was brother of General Secretary of PML-N, Khairpur, Ghulam Hyder Phulpoto. No case was lodged till the filing of this report.
