PESHAWAR, April 12: Residents of Takht Nasrti of Karak tehsil have warned that they will hold a demonstration in front of the Supreme Court if gas is not provided soon to their area from the nearby Gorguri gas field.

In a statement issued here on Thursday, they said the Gorguri field produced gas worth $5 billion, which was supplied across the country. However, they pointed out, Takht Nasrti and 34 villages of Banda Daud Shah were deprived of the facility. This went against the 1973 Constitution, they said.
