VEHARI, April 3: Three dacoits looted a cosmetics agency at gunpoint on Tuesday afternoon at D-block, a few yards away from Danywal police station.

Reports said the robbers entered the main gate of the agency, held owner Haji Naeem and Nasir, Irfan, Akhtar, Dr Riaz hostage at gunpoint and took away Rs106,000 cash, four mobile sets and a motorbike.

Haji Naeem told this correspondent that Rescue-15 remained busy for 20 minutes.

He said the Danywal police did not register a case. When contacted, duty official at the police station said case would be registered after receipt of an application from the victim.
