LAHORE, March 24: Capital city police officer additional IG Malik Muhammad Iqbal has said that all-out measures have been taken for maintenance of law and order on the occasion of the ARD’s strike call on March 26 (tomorrow).

According to a handout issued here on Saturday, he said more than 4,000 police officials would be deputed in the city to cope with any untoward situation.

Besides, complete security cover would be provided to the traders community to continue business activities in a peaceful atmosphere, he added.

The CCPO said section 144 was already enforced in the city. —Staff Reporter
