LAHORE, Feb 22: The two-day Dawn Education Expo concluded here on Thursday.

A large number of students and their parents visited the education expo and interacted with different foreign universities and institutions’ representatives besides seeking information about higher education programmes in these universities.

Over 100 universities and higher education institutions from the UK, Australia, the UAE, Malaysia, France and Canada had set up their stalls at the expo organised by the Dawn Group of Newspapers.

The expo was supported by the British Council, the British High Commission, the UK Higher Education Commission and Austrade.

Talking to Dawn, students from different schools and colleges said the Education Expo had a great number of top universities and colleges’ stalls.

They said the institutions’ representatives explained them about their programmes, requirements and visa issues in detail. Following Karachi and Lahore, the two-day Dawn Education Expo will now be held in Islamabad from Feb 24.
