Two Pakistanis deported from Afghanistan

LANDI KOTAL, Feb 9: Two Pakistani labourers were deported by the Afghan government via Torkham on Friday, officials said.

Khalid, of Lahore, and Khursheed, of Mansehra district, were deported after remaining in a Kabul prison for few months.

They had been arrested for illegal stay in Afghanistan, officials of the political administration said. They have been sent to lock-up in Landi Kotal tehsil of the Khyber Agency.

Meanwhile, the political administration on Thursday arrested an Afghan national for possessing an assault rifle.
