ISLAMABAD, Jan 31: The government has announced public holiday on February 5 on account of Kashmir Solidarity Day. According to a notification issued by the Interior Division here on Wednesday, one-minute silence would be observed throughout the country on Monday at 10am to pay homage to Kashmiri martyrs.—APP
