PESHAWAR, Jan 29: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Mohammad Ali Durrani, while praising the police officials killed in the Peshawar bomb blast, said the nation was proud of them as they had written a new chapter in the history of Pakistan.
He expressed these views while inquiring after the health of injured police officials at the Lady Reading Hospital and the RMI.
He strongly condemned the terrorist acts perpetrated in Islamabad and Peshawar and asked the people to cooperate with the law-enforcing agencies in foiling the “nefarious designs of the anti-state elements.”
He directed the hospital administration to provide all possible care and treatment to the injured.
He also inquired about the health of the SP City Akbar Khan, DSP Rural Investigation S.M. Khan, SHO Kabuli Police Station Imtiaz Ahmed Khan and Muzamil Khan, Gul Wazir Khan, Shahab Ali and Shahnawaz.—APP
