DERA GHAZI KHAN, Jan 26: A local court on Friday cancelled an interim bail of PML’s MPA Mir Badshah Qaisrani when he failed to appear before court. He was charged with abetment in a double murder case.

According to complainant Wasaee Mai, accused Saeed Macchi and Rehmatullah had tried to kidnap her daughter at the beck and call of ruling party MPA and union council naib nazim Pir Bashir on Oct 3, 2006. On offering resistance, she said that assailants had shot dead her husband Khuda Bukhsh and son Rashid.
